Q:Not eating and throwing up won't MAKE you fat, but they do tell your body to keep more fat from the food you eat.
Not in my case. I can eat fat (i.e. chips, sausage) and gain no fat or weight.
Q:i used to throw up and starve myself but is it true that it makes you fat?
If you want to reblog something, then reblog this, you pro ana photo thieves:
On the left I was absolutely controlled by anorexia. A shell of my former self, barely holding on. On the right however, I am happy. I may not be totally comfortable with my body, but I wasn’t when I weighed 20kg less either. I am me, no one cares what I weigh, but being healthy enables me to live my life to the full, rather than have a hollow existence as I used to.
RECOVERY IS WORTH IT!!
Wow this is amazing good for you ❤
Q:Gruess Gott ! - One's metabolism gets progressively slower with each day you remain on a starvation diet. As your metabolism slows down even further and your lean muscle mass reduces you will find that you become more and more tired. This in turn means you will get less exercise, which leaves you with less lean muscle, and a slower metabolism. You run the risk of destroying your dietary habits and your body for life. Some of your photos are worse than prisoners of war from Belsen 1945. Beware!
I know I’m very skinny, but mainstream skinny, not prison skinny. First world model skinny, not wold war skinny … You understand?
In the moment, my muscle grow and my weight loss is at a stand still. So I want to lose more weight! - Bone building is sexier than body building;-)
